EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

Your purchase is eligible for an exchange if an incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the product you ordered. 

For example, you received a blue instead of the pink you ordered! 

In such an instance, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of receiving the delivery with the following information:

1. Order Number

2. Delivery Address

3. The specific reason for return. In case of an incorrect or damaged product, please send us a clear image of the actual item received.

Any communication received after 48 hours of delivery shall not qualify for an exchange.
